We take adult projects at the same rate as everything else. These are the lines, stated here so nobody spends a week finding them.
- Everyone depicted is an adult and reads as an adult. No exceptions, and no styling that argues otherwise.
- No real person's likeness without a signed release from that person. That rules out public figures, and it rules out someone you used to date.
- Nothing non-consensual, and nothing presented as real footage of a real event.
- Distribution, age-gating and platform compliance are yours. We hand over the masters, the source files and the creative log.

Do I need a script?
No. A script is the fastest start, but an outline, a novel, a channel link, or a one-paragraph idea is enough. Step one turns whatever you bring into a plan with one fixed number, and nothing is produced until you approve that plan. You keep ownership of the underlying idea and material throughout.
What counts as a finished minute?
Runtime in the cut you approve. Not raw generated footage, not takes we discarded, not the boards. A ten-minute delivery is $5,000 whether it took us forty generations or four hundred.
Do you produce adult content?
Yes, for clients 18 or over, under stricter terms: a signed release for any real person’s likeness, adults only, nothing non-consensual or unlawful, and distribution and age-gating are your responsibility. The process, the approval gates, and the $500 starting price are the same as every other category. Samples are shared privately by email after age confirmation.
What exactly do I own at the end?
Everything that can be assigned, assigned to you on final payment: the script, the episode structure and edit, character designs, voice and music licences, and all source files. One limit applies to every AI production, ours included. Under Thaler v. Perlmutter, purely AI-generated imagery is not protected by US copyright, so no vendor can sell you ownership of those frames. What is protectable is the human-authored layer, and that is what transfers to you.
So how do I defend it if someone copies it?
Through the human-authored layer, which is also what copying actually takes. Videos get lifted and re-uploaded whole, and the script, dialogue and edit sequence travel with them. We hand over a creative log for every project: who wrote which draft and when, who approved the boards, which shots were reworked by hand, and where voice and music came from. That is the file your lawyers need, and it is part of delivery rather than an extra.
Who actually makes it, and where?
We produce it with partner studios in China, which is where AI video is made at volume and at this cost. You contract with The AI Video Company, in English, under US terms. We scope the project, place it with the studio that fits it, review every scene against your brief, and carry the delivery risk. You never manage a studio.
How real does AI video look now?
Strong for drama, romance, fantasy and explainer work, and it improves monthly. Weak where hands, text on screen and complex physical action carry the shot, and we will tell you before you pay if your brief leans on those. Judge it yourself: ask for the reel in your category, and remember the first thing you approve on a paid project is a 30-second proof.
Who do you work with?

Can you produce an AI short drama or vertical drama series?
Yes. Vertical 9:16 or horizontal 16:9, delivered episode by episode for your sign-off, with one consistent cast and look across the whole season. Worked example: a 60-episode series at 90 seconds per episode is 90 finished minutes, $45,000 at the starting price. Before the season goes into production you approve a 30-second proof in the series’ look.
How do revisions work?
Two full rounds are included in every quote. You send notes per scene, we return the corrected cut. Extra rounds are priced per finished minute before they start.
How do I pay?
50% to start, 50% on delivery. Card for most projects; agencies and platforms can request invoice terms. Adult work is invoiced on the same 50/50 schedule.
Can you take an ongoing channel rather than one project?
Yes, and that is where this works best. A standing monthly volume gets one contract, one delivery standard and one point of accountability, instead of a new negotiation every time you need video.
